This year, we have worked alongside two children who have attended Perth Children's Hospital to create our charity jumper for the round 17 clash with Scarborough on the 16th of August.
Together we can enable the Foundation to pursue their mission of helping transform the lives of sick children and young people so they can get well and stay well.
