Collecting cash donations

By hosting an ongoing donation tin at your shop, school or workplace, you can help ensure we continue to provide world-class healthcare to WA’s sick kids. No cost, paperwork or contract is required to host a donation tin either making it a great way to support the Foundation.

To request a donation tin please complete the form below.

Donations tins can be collected from and returned to Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation at Perth Children’s Hospital. Once your donation tin has been filled, simply return it to us and we’ll send you a thank you certificate for your business and customers.
