Hello, my name is Henry and I am hoping to raise $10,000 for children with cancer.

 I will be completing 1000 consecutive 3 minute rounds on a punching bag with no gloves, just handwraps. 

 This will take me roughly 60 hours of punching and I will be completing this solo and in one “hit”.

We did it!!

Monday 2nd Jun
Yesterday I completed my goal of 1000 consecutive 3 minute bareknuckle rounds on a punchbag with 30 second breaks between each round.

166km, 27000 calories & 205,000 steps over the weekend.

It could not have been done without the amazing support I had and everyone helping showed me unreal commitment, cannot express my thanks to the help & donators enough.

My wife has also been my absolute rock, I’m a very lucky man.

1000 rounds rundown

Sunday 11th May
Hi Everyone,

Just to clear up the basics of the event as some people have still been unsure:

I will be completing 1000 consecutive 3 minute rounds, alone and in one go. This means completing 1000 standard rounds, a round consists of 3 minutes of boxing on a punchbag ending with a 30 second rest, rinse and repeat 1000 times.

I will be eating between rounds and running to the toilet when needed. I will be bringing a chair and will be punching from that later on I expect as I will be exhausted but will still be punching.

I will NOT be sleeping should all go to plan. 

If you are coming along to support feel free to contribute a bottle of water/isotonic drink or energy drink or food if you like but your company is more than enough.

I do not want people showing up intoxicated as this is a family friendly event and I do not need to be babysitting anyone while completing a challenge as big as this.

I know the majority of people who throw two or three punches at the bag will be dying to tell me how they can do the same for 60 hours but you don’t need to tell me, feel free to get it done alongside though.

I cant wait to see everyone on the day and help as many kids as I can with the kind donations made.
